Thank you for introducing me to Harris: clearly, an admirer of Andrew Wyeth, Mr Harris would have fit in with that crowd that was encouraged by Gertrude Stein . . . . shades of the 1920 Paris milliue; Did Mr Harris live in Paris at the time of Hemingway, Fitzgerald and all that crowd? Henri Matisse wold have admired him. Mr. Harrtis captured grace as few have.

INMENSO, SOROLLA!!!!!!!!!!! Tuve el privilegio de ver algunas de sus obras en su casa museo en Madrid! Esperemos que con la ampliacion podamos ver una coleccion mas amplia , ya que su casa, aunque señorial, es pequeña para un artista tan prolifico!!!! Que conmovida por las obras de este artista, un pintor social, sin duda, si tuviera que ensamblarlo con alguien, sería con Dickens en literatura, una época en que la explotación infantil, era moneda corriente en todo el mundo, porque no quedaba otra!!! Me abruma la cantidad de pintores pico conocidos a nivel internacional, pero que al ojo del observador profano, tienen la misma valía que aquellos que tuvieron la suerte de trascender aunque fuera póstumamente como Monet, Pizarro, Turner, etc, y a los que amo profundamente!!!!! Muchos otros,solo fueron profetas en su tierra. Pienso que paso lo mismo con la música y otras artes.
